Terms and conditions
We hereby inform Users that the following Terms and Conditions apply to them by the mere use of or access to any of the pages, web and mobile applications, software and applications in general that make up the www.avta.mx Portal (hereinafter, jointly and indistinctly, the "Portal"); therefore, we will understand that you accept them and agree to be bound by them. Should you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from accessing or using the Portal.
Advantech Advertising S de R.L de C.V and/or its subsidiaries, holding companies, related parties and affiliates (hereinafter, jointly and indistinctly, the "Company") reserve the right to modify the content of the Portal at their discretion at any time, without prior notice.

Use and restrictions
Access to or use of the Portal expresses the User's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Through the Portal, the User will make use of, contract and/or use various services and content (the "Services and Content") made available by the Company.
The User acknowledges that not all Services and Content are available in all geographic areas and that some Services and Content may only be used after they have been contracted, activated or registered in advance by the User and/or upon payment for them.

Restrictions
The User does not have the right to place hyperlinks within the Portal, to use the Portal's links, nor the right to place or use the Services and Content on their own sites or pages or those of third parties without the prior written authorization of the Company.

Intellectual property
The intellectual property and industrial property rights in respect of the Services and Content, the distinctive signs and domains of the Pages or the Portal, as well as the rights to use and exploit them, including but not limited to their disclosure, publication, reproduction, distribution and transformation, are the exclusive property of the Company.

Third-party intellectual property
The User agrees that the provisions set forth in article 3 above regarding the ownership of the Company's rights also apply to the rights of third parties in respect of the Services and Content of the Pages, domains or information presented on or linked to the Portal.

Quality of the Services and Content and their warranties
Neither the Company nor its suppliers or business partners shall be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the User as a result of inaccuracies, queries made, advice, typographical errors and changes or improvements made periodically to the Services and Content.
The recommendations and advice obtained through the Portal are general in nature and should therefore not be taken into account when making personal or professional decisions.

Applicable laws and jurisdiction
For the interpretation, fulfillment and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that the Federal laws of the United Mexican States shall apply and that the courts of Mérida, Yucatán shall have jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future addresses or for any other reason.
